Yoga

Yoga is the path to know oneself, to live in harmony with nature, to preserve our culture, and to contribute to a healthy society.

It is the first and foremost form of self-defense not against others, but to protect our body and mind from the challenges of nature and the influences of society.

In this age of Kali Yuga, it is essential to safeguard ourselves, both physically and mentally. Yoga teaches us that true practice is not about forcing the body to bend or touching the head to the floor, but about increasing our mobility, awareness, and connection between body and mind.

Through this union, Yoga brings balance, discipline, and peace into life. It guides us to live with clarity, strength, and compassion, ensuring both personal well being and the welfare of society

Yoga is not about bending like a circus.

It is about sitting steady, breathing calmly, and keeping the mind cool.

When the body is strong and the mind is calm, we can face any problem in life.

Just like a farmer depends on good rain, we depend on a good mind. Yoga is that rain of peace.

The farmer is the foundation of our life. If we wish to live happily, we must recognize that without the farmer, survival is impossible. Everything depends on food, and the farmer is the one who makes food for all. That is why I connect Yoga to the farmer because both are essential for life

A farmer protects his field with a fence, so that goats and cows don’t eat the crops. In the same way, yoga is like a fence for our body and mind. It protects us from sickness, stress, and the problems of society.

If the farmer takes care of his land every day, it gives a good harvest. If we take care of our body and mind every day through yoga, life gives peace and strength.

Farmers know the value of strong bulls for ploughing. If the bulls are weak, the work cannot be done. In the same way, our body is like a bull. If the body is weak or the mind is restless, life cannot move forward properly. Yoga makes both strong so we can do our duty without suffering.

Just as the farmer looks at the clouds, rain, and sun to decide when to sow seeds, yoga teaches us to observe our body and mind. When we know our own nature, we live in balance with the bigger Nature.

In Kali Yuga, people are running behind money and fighting with anger and jealousy. A farmer knows if weeds are not removed, they will spoil the crop. Yoga is like removing the weeds like anger, fear and laziness from our heart so that our life grows strong and clean.
